The two technicians who performed the work were very professional and worked hard to overcome some unforeseen installation difficulties. From my initial e-mail to the installation of the cap, Chimney Chap was very responsive. Meanwhile, some other companies I contacted were unresponsive and less interested in performing a small installation project. I will surely contact Chimney Chap, Inc. in the future if I experience any problems with my gas stove."

This chimney is on a flat roof, we have a new Duralast rubber roof system over it, it is a fairly new product. The lack of follow-up and the disinterested response from our sales representative left us disappointed after such a great job. The lack of the timely installation of the chimney cap in the recent torrential rains left us with ongoing messy clean ups inside. It's too bad to do a really good job up front and drop the ball in the end."
