"We had our decks demolished and rebuilt by another contractor earlier this Summer. Said contractor, in the process, removed significant portions of our vinyl siding and was not able/willing to replace them. I reached out to numerous Boston-area vinyl siding contractors, only to have almost 100% of them tell me the "job was too small" for them to consider. I was becoming concerned that nobody would be willing to replace our siding when I found Diamond Construction. John came out to assess the project and our needs and spent time speaking with us about the scope/execution of the project. We made him aware of our budget, and he was sensitive and responsive to our financial limitations. The work was completed in a professional, workmanlike, timely manner. John and his staff (Erika and the crew) maintained great communication throughout the entire process from the before we even signed the contract all the way through the end of completion. We were extremely pleased with the results of the vinyl siding repair/replacement performed by Diamond and plan to use them again in the future to replace an old bay window in the front of our apartment, as well as our old sliding glass door in back, once our budget permits. We will also recommend Diamond Construction to friends and family. "Hiring a contractor to do anything is always stressful. Hiring Caesar and his crew to roof my antique home which is on the Massachusetts Historic Register, was the right thing to do. Dealing with Caesar was amazing. He is a contractor that actually answers his phone, returns phone calls and texts immediately, etc. Additionally, when he said his crew would arrive at 7:00am, they actually arrived prior to the time they said they would and merely waited until 7:00am to begin work. Either Caesar himself or at least one supervisor was on the job site all day with the crew to not only make sure the job was moving along but also to answer any questions, etc. we might have had during the day. As our home was built in 1826, unfortunately they uncovered an unexpected area of decay/rot on one of my roofs. Not only did they explain the options to repair this damage, he had the necessary talented carpenters on his crew to repair the damage at a reasonable cost. Caesar was able to complete the job, on time, within budget (with appropriate adder for rot repair) all while leaving the job site very clean. It is rare I give anyone a recommendation; however, I would gladly give Caesar and his crew a top notch rating and I would not hesitate to use him again if the need arises. "Power was doing work in the area and approached me about gutter and siding replacement. I contracted with them to replace the trim and gutters. The first day 3 people came to remove the old gutters and replace the trim. They worked from 8am to 6pm. The second day the gutter installers came. Both teams worked effeciently and I am happy with the results.
