If this company charges such an exorbitant assessment fee, I could only believe they would inflate other fees as well. I hired another local company for half that fee to assess then repair my furnace. Shame on Heritage Home Service."

He then contested the chargeback and lied on the chargeback rebuttal. Eventually they settled for a partial refund. Terrible company, dont recommend."
