The problem is always the same, a leak in the line they installed. Instead of fixing the leak, they refill the refrigerant every time and charge me a few hundred dollars. Every time I have helpfully told them about the continuing leak issue, but they don't listen. Now that the heat pump is out of warranty they are recommending a $3000 repair of the problem they should have fixed three years ago."

A month after I filed a chargeback, the GM called to "apologize", and made it sound like he wouldnt contest the chargeback, but offered no remedy to the situation. He then contested the chargeback and lied on the chargeback rebuttal. Eventually they settled for a partial refund. Terrible company, dont recommend."
