They also built steps leading to the patio and a wall to encase the patio with a fence on top so our pup does not escape. The final project is absolutely breathtaking! In the past 3 years of living here we have not used this patio area so much. I could not be happier with the job they completed. Cannot wait to have them back to rebuild the outdoor fireplace and steps leading to the front door. We have recommended him to our neighbors"

On the day of the scheduled work, Tony and Ian arrived to take on the project. Both of these gentlemen were knowledgeable, competent and courteous professionals. "The job was to hand grind and flatten an 18 x 5 cement kitchen floor which was terribly installed wavy and bumpy by another contractor. The goal was vinyl plank which requires totally flat. Anderson is a skilled and friendly guy. But he told us with great confidence on Tuesday that he could do the job for us - no problem it's going to be great. On Wednesday when work started, turns out it as not as easy as planned and getting a flat floor won't be possible, due to issues he should have known about on Tuesday such as lack of aggregate. Admittedly, smoothing out wavy concrete is not an easy job, but this was knowable Tuesday and should not have been sold with such confidence. He also did not carry out all the cement dust generated. Had I asked I'm sure he would have, but just as a cleanup note. In summary, I enjoyed working with Anderson and he knows what he's doing, but be sure the job is doable first."
