I had to reached out around 11:30 am, and was told one of his workers hadn't shown and he was running late at his present job because he was working alone. BCM stated that he anticipated being finished with his current job by 1:00 pm and available to compete my job at that time. BCM called shortly after 12:00 pm stating that they would be arriving at my house in a few minutes. BCM arrived, with a helper and installed the kitchen faucet with no issues. The install was completed in just over an hour which was great. If BCM had communicated early on that they were running late, their rating would have been higher."
