1.1k+ Bay State Pump called me in response to an online service request. During the call, the Bay State Pump representative diagnosed the problem - a simple switch reset. Didn't cost me a penny, and my pump was working again. Next time I have a problem that needs service, they will get my business.
It was great - there were some minor problems with our in-ground pool pumping system which they troubleshooted and solved. Before they left they made sure to seal everything back up and showed us that the pump primed and was running properly.
Installed a Mitsubishi mini split heat pump system. It cool's and heats a single rooms or a whole home using ductless technology. Great job by everyone that works for Basnett Plumbing, Heating & AC.
Installation went well. Was complete in 2-3 days. Questions were answered quickly. Very friendly team.
