"Brendan and his team were great from start to finish. We had our fireplace repaired from a lean and re built from the roofline up. We also had our chimney re lined with a stainless liner and with a new cap installed. Throughout the process and estimate, Brendan explained the full scope of work and walked us through the different options available and what the costs, benefits and downfalls were with each of the paths forward. He did not only try to pitch us the highest cost option, he walked us through all of the available options and we explained thoroughly and with pictures what the work would be. During the work process, he was minimally invasive (I work from home) and always left the sight clean. Throughout the work, he would send us pictures of the progress and proactively gave us regular updates. "Company agreed to clean creasote in fireplace over the phone. On arrival, workers said they didn't do that kind of work. Also arrived after 5pm which was outside the predicted range. Otherwise, they were fast and efficient."

They took pics and showed us how the lining of the chimney was collapsing and it had been in this state for a long time.
