We also had our chimney re lined with a stainless liner and with a new cap installed. He did not only try to pitch us the highest cost option, he walked us through all of the available options and we explained thoroughly and with pictures what the work would be. During the work process, he was minimally invasive (I work from home) and always left the sight clean. Throughout the work, he would send us pictures of the progress and proactively gave us regular updates. "Company agreed to clean creasote in fireplace over the phone. On arrival, workers said they didn't do that kind of work. Also arrived after 5pm which was outside the predicted range. Otherwise, they were fast and efficient."
