After they left, I noticed: -hair and dirt on the hardwood floor -dust and grime on the baseboards -babyfood on the wall behind the high chairs -pieces of dirt and hair on the baby mat -old dirt and formula residue behind the cribs in the nursery -built up dust on the wires next to the television -stovetop was still stained with grease - no attention paid to windows -general dirt build up in corners of rooms"

However, I when I booked them I told them I’d want them to come back weekly until the house sold...getting them to respond and schedule the next week was a nightmare, so I gave up. The experience with Jackie of TopLine has been the complete opposite end of the spectrum. From the initial contact with Angie’s List, through to her helping me clean after moving out, she been amazing. I think I initially emailed her through Angie’s List on a Sunday, and she emailed me right back. We talked on the phone so I could tell her exactly what I needed, and she stopped by later that day to see my house and give me a free quote. We scheduled her to come for the first cleaning that week, and she did a phenomenal job — she cleaned stuff the other cleaners missed, which I didn’t catch until I saw her doing it.
