"I think we may be a bit misleading in your review. The original estimate stated the floor you requested and purchased. Upon arrival, you informed the installer that you had chosen another floor even though the invoice that was approved stated the floor that was delivered. Upon notification, we reordered the floor at no additional charge to you and in 2 days we installed the floor you requested. As far as the backsplash we installed. After installation, Jim asked you how everything was and you stated that there were 2 issues you did not like. The very next day we came back and addressed the issues you had discussed. I am not aware of any delays in the repairs. Once again, the wrong product was not shipped and we were there promptly. We strive as a company to do our best for our customers on all sides. I have myself called 2 times but nothing in return. I always want to know what issues if any have raised and make sure we do what we need to as a company to better ourselves. I personally took your order and looked at what was ordered. All the material stated in the invoice that was agreed to was ordered correctly. as I stated, we returned at a charge to me not you, the original material, and drove to get what you had wanted to alleviate the situation and make the customer happy. I feel that this review is not an accurate review, and does not express properly the process and the steps we took to make sure our customer was happy. Jim always asks how things were through the process and if we need to address not only a job situation but ourselves. I am very sorry that you feel that this was not a pleasant experience, and as I said, I have reached out 2 times to discuss it but have received no calls, emails, or direct messages back to discuss. I am always here for our customers to discuss any issues that may arise and to let them know we are not perfect but will always put their interest first to make it a good experience."
"-Jim your estimate was sent on - and we followed up with a phone call to advise it was sent. We also followed up that call with another call 2 days later as we always do. We usually will not call more than 3 times as there is a fine line between good customer service and annoying someone. Usually after the 3rd call and no response we will file the estimate away in case a customer will call in the future. I am sorry to read this response as we did do our job and our quick books has a trail of dates estimates are sent. I did resend this as we may have the incorrect email but with no response back we would not know that. I hope this clarifies any confusion and feel free to reach out as we have sent numerous estimates. Most customers would have called regarding a timely estimate and if that had happened we would have probably clarified any miscommunication"
