"I contacted Tracy and she responded promptly the same day and set up a meeting for the next day to look at the apartment and review my cleaning needs. I must say that Tracy when we met was sympathetic to our plight of having a tenant leave the apartment in such terrible shape, she talked to her partner to find the best price for the most cleaning. When they came to do the job the following Sunday they were bright and friendly despite the daunting cleaning job. Those three women worked harder then  anyone I've seen before and did so with a smile and a laugh. I was simply amazed  by the amount of cleaning they got done.
