He communicated when and how the project would proceed and followed through with putting everything back in order once the job was completed. Steve and Crystal came back to adjust the sprinkler spray to our specifications (we were not at home when they finished the install to tell them exactly where we wanted them). Crystal came back a third time to help us again to adjust a sprinkler head I messed up and changed a sprinkler head that I preferred after I asked them to change it. Incredible patience and Customer Service! Steve and Crystal worked tirelessly for our project and were committed to making sure we were satisfied with the end result.
