It went smoothly. My carpet developed ripples and they were able to stretch it out without the need for cutting.

They were great! KC stretched our upstairs carpet to remove the bumps and ridges. They also replaced the carpet runner on our stairs. Both look great! We are very happy with their work.

Kevin and his team did an excellent job and we would strongly recommend them to others who may need similar work done.

They were so great to work with. We needed a carpet repair in a few spots due to cat damage. They were quick to contact for service and scheduling the work was very easy. The communication was very good with reminders and day of estimate time of arrival. The quality of work performed was excellent. I would not hesitate to use them again on any flooring needs.

It was fast, they provided solutions on how to remove the old floor and did all the leg work to help me choose the new floor, pickup the new floor and install the new floor.
