"We just bought a new house and ripped up all the carpet in the downstairs.  We found that under some of the carpet there was already hardwood flooring, but it was not in good condition.  We wanted to compare prices for putting all new hardwood vs just sanding and refinishing what was there, and only installing new wood where it was absolutely necessary.  Bill told us that the wood in part of the house was a good quality wood, and he said he had a few pieces of it that he could use to patch the unrepairable areas, and then he could sand and refinish it all.  We also had him install new hardwood in two of the rooms.  We had been a little nervous about the patching, as we got a few estimates, and everyone who came in told us that a different type of wood was needed.  We are VERY pleased with the way the floors look.  The areas that were patched look perfect, and the wood that we thought was "not in good condition" looks as good as new.  The new hardwood that they installed is absolutely beautiful."

"I really wanted to appreciate what the 3 very sweet and friendly ladies accomplished, but the "deep cleaning" that I was hoping for did not take place. After they left, I noticed: -hair and dirt on the hardwood floor -dust and grime on the baseboards -babyfood on the wall behind the high chairs -pieces of dirt and hair on the baby mat -old dirt and formula residue behind the cribs in the nursery -built up dust on the wires next to the television -stovetop was still stained with grease - no attention paid to windows -general dirt build up in corners of rooms"

"Jacqueline was AMAZING. I originally got an Angie’s List deal from another company and had them come in to do a cleaning, and I thought they did an ok job. However, I when I booked them I told them I’d want them to come back weekly until the house sold...getting them to respond and schedule the next week was a nightmare, so I gave up. From the initial contact with Angie’s List, through to her helping me clean after moving out, she been amazing. I think I initially emailed her through Angie’s List on a Sunday, and she emailed me right back. We talked on the phone so I could tell her exactly what I needed, and she stopped by later that day to see my house and give me a free quote. During that time he got busy so he called ahead and asked if we could push it back a week which was fine with us.
