We have a two story house and they laid new floors upstairs and refinished floors downstairs while replacing the floors in the living room. "Jacqueline was AMAZING. I originally got an Angie’s List deal from another company and had them come in to do a cleaning, and I thought they did an ok job. However, I when I booked them I told them I’d want them to come back weekly until the house sold...getting them to respond and schedule the next week was a nightmare, so I gave up. The experience with Jackie of TopLine has been the complete opposite end of the spectrum. From the initial contact with Angie’s List, through to her helping me clean after moving out, she been amazing. I think I initially emailed her through Angie’s List on a Sunday, and she emailed me right back. We talked on the phone so I could tell her exactly what I needed, and she stopped by later that day to see my house and give me a free quote. We scheduled her to come for the first cleaning that week, and she did a phenomenal job — she cleaned stuff the other cleaners missed, which I didn’t catch until I saw her doing it. After that, she came weekly until my house sold.
