"When I had the system installed I paid extra for a heat pump that would work to 5 degrees F. When I called for service I was told I was not supposed to use the system for heat. Which is absurd because that one of the things it is for. I was then told they would send someone out but it would be $175 for the first 15minutes and $90 for every half houri after that. Added heat pump for heat and AC in our house addition which has no basement and is raised 6 feet off ground on columns. Installation began the first week of November and completed 12/14.
