"When I had the system installed I paid extra for a heat pump that would work to 5 degrees F. When I called for service I was told I was not supposed to use the system for heat. Which is absurd because that one of the things it is for. I was then told they would send someone out but it would be $175 for the first 15minutes and $90 for every half houri after that. So if I wasn't put off by the ignorance of the people answering the phone I certainly was at that point."

The faucet install required removal of an old faucet from a pedestal sink, the whole thing had to be taken apart and re-installed carefully; Joe (and Kyle/apprentice) did a tremendous job. They also fixed a leaking drain pipe from the bathtub, replaced a pressure gauge, capped a gas line, fixed 3 leaking valves, and replaced my old water booster pump with a new pump that required a slightly different hook up; all done with quality and professionalism. I waited a few weeks for this work, but it was worth it; plumbers, electricians are very busy right now. Joe was also right up-front with his schedule, which was good to know from the start. Added heat pump for heat and AC in our house addition which has no basement and is raised 6 feet off ground on columns. Installation began the first week of November and completed 12/14. Just today received the paperwork for rebates. Process took longer than expected but our heat and hot-water was not interruptrd for more than 8 hrs. Scheduling was complicated due to provider being in high-demand. High-quality employees; work full days; don't waste time. Remains to be seen if we will save money on utilities."
