Vinyl siding cleans up like new. It's the only maintenance you'll ever need to do. I do offer the option of a wax application which allows me to guarantee mildew and algae does not return for 2 years. If it does return I rewash at no charge.

Our HOA hired Josh first for exterior power washing and then again to paint our two entry doors. Throughout both projects, he was reliable, punctual, communicative, and genuinely committed to delivering quality work. He took the time to explain the process, offered practical recommendations without ever being pushy, and paid attention to the details that often make the biggest difference in the final result. He also went above and beyond for each project. For example he power washed our backyard fence too though it had not been in the scope. He honored his commitments, respected our property, kept the work area clean, and ensured we knew how to care for the freshly painted doors afterward.
