"New gas furnace for hot air rather than hot water; added AC and humidifier. Replaced hot water tank with on-demand hot water. Added heat pump for heat and AC in our house addition which has no basement and is raised 6 feet off ground on columns. Installation began the first week of November and completed 12/14. Just today received the paperwork for rebates. Process took longer than expected but our heat and hot-water was not interruptrd for more than 8 hrs. Scheduling was complicated due to provider being in high-demand. High-quality employees; work full days; don't waste time. Remains to be seen if we will save money on utilities."
