"Pedro and crew were great. They showed up every day on time and worked throughout the day. I was not home all the days, but we easily coordinated them getting into the house and locking up when done. I felt my house was in safe hands while gone. When I was home they were respectful and pleasant to chat with. They were careful to protect my new hardwood floors and cleaned up after themselves. The work they did was excellent. As you can see from the description, I had them do a lot of projects. I initially was only going to have them do the trim. But I was impressed with their work and Pedro was helpful about providing estimates and suggestions along the way so we greatly expanded the project. Even with all the extra added work, there was no delay in scheduling work days. Pedro was helpful in working within my budget and even did a couple of small things without charging like fixing a stuck door. It didn’t take him much time, but that’s the type of mentality I look for in a contractor! Pedro was great about ensuring I was happy with the work. We did a thorough walk through and he fixed up a few small things I had issue with without complaint. There was one small fix that we didn’t get to prior to me leaving the country for three weeks. "My pipes froze and burst on a Saturday. Reyes Contractors were working at another site but arrived promptly on Monday morning to replace the pipes. They removed sections of the wall so that insulation could be installed. They began the repair process. An Insurance Adjuster inspected the damage. Once my insurance company sent the money for full repairs, I asked Wil Reyes to come and give me an estimate. William Reyes has a great team of contractors and painters. They even moved my furniture into and out of the Pod. My ceiling was repaired. Installation was inserted into the vulnerable areas of the walls and the ceiling. New sheetrock was applied, , sanding was done, the walls and ceiling were primed and painted. My living room was like new! I asked if I could add installation of a dishwasher and painting my bathroom. The guys removed old border, sanded and painted. All of this was done at a reasonable price. This team works hard. I would definitely recommend them."
