Archstone Innovations Corp.

First off let's not call them a pro unless you mean scam artist. Substandard work. No permit was pulled for the work that was done. Work was sloppy and incomplete. Haven't seen them in over a week and phone has been disconnected.

We spoke with the representative from archstone innovations named Chris. Whom was provided by Angie's list. We spoke about the project and it was my opinion that the chimney needs to be replaced from the footings to the existing height. Chris agreed that was a good idea and would be able to do just that he also stated that the chimney would be put back the way it was including the flood light that was on the chimney.Work began on 3/13/2025. They took down the chimney which was enclosed with siding that matched the house. The chimney was found to be in need of repareplacement. So they took down the chimney . Chris and I discussed weather or not to continue i said yes. They came back the next day and removed the chimney to the ground level. I stated that the footings are 8 feet down and it needs to be excited to inspect the rest of the chimney. Chris assured me that the rest of the chimney below ground was fine but he will instruct the workers to dig down to inspect further they dug down maybe 2 feet and installed a moisture barrier. And began to construct a brick chimney. The chimney was constructed to origi a height. To date the siding has not been replaced the light has not been put back up the shingles on the roof have not been replaced. Chris didn't pull a permit, and never gave me any reason to believe they are licensed to do the work they are doing. To date the chimney still leaks and it is not straight.

5 star company all day long very professional and very skillful mansory worker they have done a great job in building my chimney and repairing bricks under my bedroom window everything looks great and I am very pleased with the whole process off the job very well mannered and would highly recommend

Had my front steps off my house completely removed and new ones built by archstone innovations Corp. Very good company I dealt with Chris he was amazing he told us all the pros and cons on what has to be done in re building our steps. He talked us threw it step by step I always ask a lot off questions and he was very happy to keep answering them. Great team off men they work great together very happy with my finished project I would highly recommend 👍

Had a major structural crack in my foundation wall which was caused by my house sinking a little. thankfully I went with recommendations from others in my area and they told me about Archstone innovations corp they have done a fantastic job in repairing my foundation and getting my house raised back up to where it had to be everything is structural strong again and me and my husband is very happy I would highly recommend them very professional very respectful great company

This team repaired my wall , very happy with the end result, would recommend, very tidy work no mess left behind .

I've recently hired archstone innovations Corp to repair my foundation wall. There people skills is amazing the whole team is so respectful and professional. My foundation wall was starting to crumble and was letting water in they had reinforce my foundation wall and then waterproof the wall. It is now repaired and it looks great thankfully we never get water in anymore and the wall is strong. Thank you guys 😊

I recently hired Archstone innovations Corp to rebuild my chimney that was leaning pretty bad. The knowledge there team has with brick work is unbelievable I am very happy with the work they have done and If I ever need a company in the future I will use again 100%
