The serviceman, Nick, knew what he was doing, and cheerful even having to work 10 ft below grade in tight spaces, which is how our old installation was done."

Which is absurd because that one of the things it is for. I was then told they would send someone out but it would be $175 for the first 15minutes and $90 for every half houri after that.
