"United Home was excellent.  They are very professional and really know what to do.  Our roof had been done by a builder iin 2007 and we had leaks and mold issue.  United stripped the roof, took off all plywood with mold and put new roof on.  They were very quick and were wonderful.  In my opinion there is no one better.  Their knowledge about all products, be it roofing, or siding or windows, etc. is exceptional. "

The prices were very competitive and much more reasonable than other companies. They didn't try to nickle and dime us and also respected our time when giving us a quote, unlike some larger, national companies we received quotes from. They set up and completed the entire job in a whole day (about 12 hours- we had 3 layers of roof on our house). Freddy checked in on the job site intermittently throughout the day and he and his crew were very professional. This was a few weeks ago and we have not found any scraps or nails left behind. "The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."

"I contacted NMTI-GC to help me figure out the best way to replace the old tar roof on my concrete block garage. My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. I was getting eye-popping quotes and contractors who were all over the place with the scope of the project. I reached out to NMTI-GC on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. I contacted Ramon and we met within a week. He was kind, friendly, and professional and really heard my concerns. I had a fair, thorough estimate within a few days that included some creative solutions that no one else had come up with: removing three of the four parapets and avoiding drilling into our concrete roof deck. It took me two months to figure out which contractor I was going with after being blown off by another contractor who had come in with a cheaper way to do the project, but when I reached back out to NMTI it was like no time had passed. "Outstanding! I am a retired senior citizen who was out of town when a major windstorm uprooted a tree that landed on my house, putting a hole in the roof, along with tearing down all of the siding, and destroying the Soffitt, Fascia, gutters and downspouts. BBS immediately secured a tarp on the roof to prevent further damage, assessed the situation and presented an estimate for the needed repairs/replacement. They then worked closely with my insurance adjuster to agree on a fair price. Their customer service and attention to detail is exemplary. I was always able to communicate with their office management and the onsite construction team. I look forward to hiring BBS General Construction for some future projects that are long overdue!"
