"Two men, Jerry and Tommy, arrived on the morning of May 19, 2017 to install the system. Tommy dug a hole on one side of the house, poured a concrete foundation in said hole, and also set up metal tubing, which created a stand on which the condenser sits to protect it from runoff. Meanwhile, Jerry was inside, drilling holes through my bedroom and dining room interior and then exterior walls for the refrigerant pipes which run from the condenser to the air handlers. He mounted each air handler high up on the wall. There was also electrical work performed to connect the units to the main panel in the basement. The whole job took several hours. Both men worked quickly and efficiently. At the close of it, Jerry presented me with my remotes and instructions, and showed me the basics. I used the system for the first time just a couple of nights after installation. The first night (it was the start of a heat wave) the air from the system was cool-ish - tolerable, but not quite as comfortable as I'd hoped - but I was still uncertain about the controls so I didn't tab down the temperature. The second night I did tab down the temperature, and that's when I found out that, though the fans and vanes in both air handlers worked, the cooling mechanisms did not. Considering the amount of money I'd just spent i was more than a little upset. Visions of law suits danced in my overheated head that night. I called the next morning. Jerry came out that day and diagnosed the problem (something to do with the solenoids, or maybe it was the thermistors). In any case, he did fix it, and this time, it worked as designed, and has done so ever since. I should add that NETR offers a service contract. Despite the added expense - for me, 234.99 a year for 3 years (the annual rate is fixed for that period, plus I get a 5% discount) - it makes total sense to have this complex system undergo periodic maintenance. I will pay the total at the time of the first inspection, in 2018."

"Excellent service. I had a sump pump system put in 10 years ago by Rescon. Never had any problems with it, worked great. This weekend with all the rain the pump stopped working. I called there emergency line and a service technician called me back in less than an hour. They were at my house in less the 2 hours fixing my pump. They did charge me an emergency dispatch fee for the service call but I guess that s expected on a weekend. Overall it was excellent service and I am very happy I chose this company."

After I requested an estimate, I got a quick call from the office to schedule a time for one of their comfort advisors to come out to our home. Sam, my comfort advisor was very knowledgeable, and I appreciated his low pressure presentation. Once the work was booked, because our installation was complex, Joe came out and came up with a plan to vent the exhaust on the side of my house to minimize the number of pipes on the front of my house. The installation went very well, and they installed a temporary water heater so we were only without hot water for less than a day. For the day we were without heat, they brought in plenty of space heaters to make us comfortable for that night.
