Lawn Irrigation
We have an irrigation well built and serviced by Well Water Connection. John the owner was very responsive, and the irrigation well has been a good investment making watering our green lawn pay for the well in just a couple years since town water is also expensive. Drilling for water around here is tricky, and we have had to figure out how to manage our well water usage. Well Water Connection has been a solid partner in maintaining our irrigation well.

We were without water about 7 am. By 4 pm that day, we had a new pump, the system was flushed, the pressure tank regulated to the right pressure. Turning on the faucets produced lots of clear water from the first. The serviceman, Nick, knew what he was doing, and cheerful even having to work 10 ft below grade in tight spaces, which is how our old installation was done.

Well Water Connection did a great job installing a well and pump for irrigation purposes. I'm happy because they found a site close to my irrigation system which provides high quality water (they tested for iron) at the flow rate my system requires. The well was drilled using a lightweight, portable tripod set-up, not a heavy truck that would've damaged my lawn. Everything went very smoothly.

Jake was friendly and efficient. Provided necessarly preventive maintenance and explaind exactly what was done. Tested water to make sure system was working to capacity. Didn't try to upsell at any time. Have used them before and will again. Highly recommend.

Our irrigation pump failed, and John (the owner) and his son Nick worked very hard to figure out what caused it. They tested the well to ensure we had sufficient water (which we did). John heard a small vacuum leak in the wellhead, which probably caused the pump to lose prime and run dry. They replaced the leaky pipe and installed a new pump to replace the 17 year old pump that failed. John is an expert in all things well, and it was inspiring to see him and his son working together to solve our problem!

Highly recommended! I had my jet pump break in the middle of the night and had no running water in the house. I called Well Water Connection after some basic research and they had someone at my house within a couple hours! They were courteous and professional and got the job done right. I will definitely be using them again if anything else comes up.

They quickly answered our call and were able to come and service our well in a couple of days. While the problem still persisted they then gave us two options to help with the iron in our water. They were extremely professional and reasonable. They wanted us to have all the information before we made any decisions and gave us the best advice possible. Will continue working with them in the future.

I called and they professionally fixed the problem the same day. Originally they said it would take a couple days based on their scheduling (which was more than fair), but they were able to send someone very fast. The fee charged was fair as well. They approach the problem using sound debugging techniques and not rushing to replace parts which were still functioning to specification. The diagnostic check valve showed that the problem was in the check valve itself and was an easy thing to fix.

We hired John Larsen of Well Water Connection to have a well dug, install the plumbing, well pump, electricity, pressure system, and provide an artificial rock to hide the aboveground components. We had a seamless installation and have been enjoying the benefits of using our own well water on the law and flower gardens for the last five years. We continue to use John to open and close our well each year. John is very personable and very east to work with. We would recommend him highly to anyone interested in sinking a well.
