Based on our conversation when he arrived, Brian recommended we consider installing an iWave-R ion generator to provide additional help in controlling COVID. While he was at our house servicing our system, he contacted his company and they were able to deliver the part in about 30 minutes, which he then installed. No one feels good about COVID! But we actually feel a bit safer now, all because Brian educated us and then handled the logistics to buy and install the product on the spot! Brian went the extra distance for this customer, which is why Sila is such an outstanding company. Also, we have been extremely happy with our Unico HVAC system, which Sila installed a few years ago, and highly recommend it for anyone looking to add central AC to an older house. I sent him photos of where the system would go and and he confirmed it would be a good fit. He arrived promptly on the install day, along with Dave who was also great, and they put in the system. About a half hour after they left, I discovered a leak from a small copper pipe and called George. He came right back to fix it which he did, but we realized it was not his work. Someone else had put in that section of copper tubing incorrectly. George was very kind and accommodating and fixed the problem. "Todd was excellent from the first day he came to look at the job until the completion of the bathroom.  Lots of attention to the details.  As this is our only bathroom, we needed to be away from the house while the renovation was completed.  Todd, and his team - plumber & electrician worked extremely well together to meet the time crunch so when we returned a week later the bathroom had functional plumbing and the final details were finished up within a few days.  The tile looks great and the finish work is very nice!  I would recommend Todd in a minute!  He was very professional, worked very neatly!  and went over and above the call of duty when we realized I had ordered the wrong size shower rod.  He made an extra trip to get a temporary one installed so the shower was available for use when we got home. Very nice job, best experience I have had with a contractor, ever!"
