Best sump pump installation pros near Hampton Falls, NH

"Excellent service. I had a sump pump system put in 10 years ago by Rescon. Never had any problems with it, worked great. This weekend with all the rain the pump stopped working. I called there emergency line and a service technician called me back in less than an hour. They were at my house in less the 2 hours fixing my pump. They did charge me an emergency dispatch fee for the service call but I guess that s expected on a weekend. Overall it was excellent service and I am very happy I chose this company."

"Install was done in a timely manner."

"The problem was a simple fix which was completed in a few minutes. I was impressed at how quickly I got the appointment and when the plumber was running late, I got a phone call letting me know when he would arrive. I would hire this company again."

"Very reputable company, and they did a great job of installing drainage basement system for me."

"George was wonderful to work with in the planning phase, very responsive, he answered all my questions as we discussed the install. I sent him photos of where the system would go and and he confirmed it would be a good fit. He arrived promptly on the install day, along with Dave who was also great, and they put in the system. About a half hour after they left, I discovered a leak from a small copper pipe and called George. He came right back to fix it which he did, but we realized it was not his work. Someone else had put in that section of copper tubing incorrectly. George was very kind and accommodating and fixed the problem. He and Dave were a pleasure and I really appreciated it and I would absolutely hire them again."

"My thermostat had lost connection. The technician ( Adnan) arrived and was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the issue , which was a faulty condensation pump. He did a great job getting our heat up and running again. I would recommend Sila to anyone. Thank you SILA & Adnan !"

"Was able to quickly schedule an appointment for a clogged drain. The problem was resolved in an hour."
