Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. "Craig was great. He gave a timely and detailed estimate with a couple of options, which was helpful. When I was ready to schedule the work he spent time talking to me and recalculating the estimate based on my final needs. He and his team came to house and did an amazing job putting up gutters around the house and installing all new downspouts while I was at work. It's been amazing to no longer see water pouring off of the roof over the doorways! The only slight is the use of an answering service and having to wait for a callback, but Craig was usually very good about calling back within 24 hours which was fine for me."
