"Don contacted me within a day of my initial inquiry and voice mail. He explained to me over the phone what he thought the problem was with my leaky roof and then gave me an estimate. He came the very next day and fixed my roof within a few hours. He explained everything he was doing, kept me updated throughout the project and provided me with a thorough run down of the work he did, the expected remaining life of my roof, and other general roof and shingle related information. His rates were very reasonable and he did not try to convince me that I needed an entire new roof - in fact, he assured me that I could get another 10 years out of it and thus was making the right decision with this repair."
