The Monarch construction crew did a tremendous job on our new roof. We have a hip roof so a lot of extra details were necessary and they achieved a job well done. Clean up could have been a bit better but overall they did fine. Winter clean up is more difficult. Through no fault of Monarch Construction, because of the type of fascia boards we have, we are not 100% satisfied with the gutter installation. The gutters & downspouts themselves are beautiful but because of the type of fascia boards we have the hangers they needed to use are much too visible for our liking and feel they cheapen the look of the gutters. If Tyler had communicated that this type of hanger was necessary for our home we probably would not have agreed to have them done. (After a quick research by us, we found an inexpensive attachment that would have hid the hangers and all would have been wonderful. But unfortunately, they did not use them.) So our advice is to ask a lot of questions and know exactly what will be done so you know what to expect. Then DEFINITELY hire Monarch Construction because their work is top notch!

Tyler was very efficient at communicating any updates. There were some hiccups in the timing due to some supply issues he worked very hard to make sure we caught up and had everything completed to a very high level. I would hire again by for future projects.

As soon as Tyler came into our home, we knew we found the right company. His passion for his craft is obvious from the start. He examined ever inch of our roof and spent an afternoon here ensuring that he didn't miss anything that needed to be replaced or fixed. This was not a small project by any means and his team had our new roof on our house and outbuilding in 2.5 days! Monarch Roofing & General Contractors with Tyler Magoon and his crew put a new roof on our two story home October 3, 2023. I highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure to have them do the roof work. From my first contact with Tyler, through the roof evaluation, quote, contract, deposit, scheduling , to completion was only a matter of just over two weeks. He respected my time, therefore, I tried to respect his time. Tyler answered all my questions completely. His knowledge of roof products and required repair was extensive. When incorrect shingles were delivered to the house the day before roofing was to begin, Tyler immediately resolved the situation and found an excellent product to be delivered early the next day, with no interruption of schedule. I appreciate Tyler taking care of the product swap instantly. The crew completed the entire roof, size 13 square, in one long day. The crew and crew manager were experienced, organized, tidy, and very polite. I appreciated their hard work. I would definitely contact Monarch for any future contracting projects. Although it's almost always a painful reality when you have to replace a roof, Monarch Roofing made it as painless as possible in the circumstances. I was quoted a very fair price for the work to be done, they were able to schedule the work very quickly, and on the day of installation they worked hard and efficiently. They arrived around 7:30 AM and were finished by early afternoon, just before storm clouds started to break open. The roof has stood up well already as we were pummeled by torrential thunderstorms all weekend. Tyler could not have been better with customer service. He answered questions and concerns during the initial process very quickly and made me feel that he cared about the project. I highly recommend Monarch Roofing.

Monarch Roofing & General Contractors was the one of only two General Contractors who was willing to take on this difficult roof replacement. The complete roof had to be removed, including removing the old fiberglass insulation and installing new spray foam insulation, before the new roof could be installed. Tyler did an excellent job coordinating and managing the different contractors on the job from start to finish. I recommend Tyler and his company for any roofing project, large or small.

Tyler was absolute delight to work with, he understood the entire project, realized what needed to be done, and went to work. His team was very efficent, and polite. They brought their A game. My new roof is beautiful, would and will hire them again. We have already started talking about siding the house next.
