Excellent work done, decks came our beautiful and solid. Work was done in an extremely timely manner. Great company to work with.

I recently had some construction done on my home to enclose my deck. I am thrilled and completely content with the quality of the work performed. This year has been exceptionally challenging due to heavy rainfall, yet this company consistently provided me with updates/status and progress. They displayed remarkable attentiveness and responsiveness to my requirements, which was of utmost importance to me as a customer. The project to enclose my deck took approximately 2.5 to 3 weeks, and not only did the workers arrive early and work late, but the owner made several visits to ensure everything was on track. I am exceedingly satisfied and delighted with the outcome and would wholeheartedly recommend Brittivia to anyone.

Great job! The on-site crew was efficient and adaptable to changes needed to accommodate topographic challenges in 3 different locations in my project, resulting in the overall improvement of the original design! Very pleased with the finished product.

Job was supposed to be a reskin of one deck and a rebuild of another, however the town inspector decided that both decks needed a full rebuild. Britivia did a great job for a reasonable price. Workers were on site long hours and did a great job.

Brittivia exceeded our expectations at every turn. They were professional, prompt, on time and on budget. Working with John was an absolute pleasure. He took great pains to work through the details of exactly what we wanted, checked-in often (before and during the project) and seemed as invested as we were in making sure all the details were perfect. Our rebuild was a complicated one - we asked for benches with storage and raised bed planters - they were able to get it all done well. Our deck rebuild is beautiful. John noticed a railing on our property that needed some work and he fixed that for us too. As far as I’m concerned Brittivia sets the bar for all other companies in this space. These are the guys you want working on your home!

John, Larry, and the rest of the Brittivia crew were, fast, responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. They produced a high quality, beautiful deck that we can't wait to enjoy for years to come!

John and Larry are great to work with! They communicate well and are very flexible to make adjustments as the project proceeds. We had them completely redo and convert our porch to a farmers porch. We also added on our roof and gutters in the middle of the project. Everything looks amazing! The whole project took about 1 month. Highly recommend!

Great Price, Great Experience, Great People ---> From start to finish it was literally the best construction experience I have ever had. The price was the price, the dumpster & materials were delivered on time & the crew was like a well oiled machine - I am still in shock that it came in just a little cheaper than quoted after the project was finished !!!! Who does that nowadays "Nobody" - It was a true 5 star experience- I will definitely use them again for sure !!!

Everyone we worked with at Brittivia was friendly and helpful. The quote process and down payment process was all done electronically. They handled all permitting and inspection processes as well. The end result was a beautiful, sturdy new deck. During the build, they even discovered some additional wood rot due to substandard flashing under a door by a previous contractor, and they were able to fix that without causing substantial delay or cost. We’re bringing them back to do a door replacement, and likely siding and window replacements in the near future.

The deck they built is gorgeous and a fantastic focal point of our home. The construction was difficult due to its surroundings. Larry and John were absolutely receptive to all of my inquiries, would definitely use again and highly recommend

New deck is now complete and it looks amazing. The workmanship is fabulous. We did composite with stainless steel cables and 6 inch wide posts. Brittivia did a fantastic job. and I would definitely hire again.

They gave us a fair and straightforward estimate, did the work they said they would do, have us a small discount for being willing to have them start if an earlier date became available, cleaned up thoroughly and even brought in dirt to fill a couple tire divots in the front yard that were an inevitable consequence of having to bring heavy equipment closer to the house than previously planned. John H was professional, cordial, straightforward, and the work was completed exactly to plan.

Far more then I expected. I cannot say enough about this company. The crew that came over were all very professional and friendly. The contractors Jose & Jackson, were very meticulous about the work they were doing, and very detailed about everything. I found them to be extremely hard workers. If I had an issue with anything I would call or text John (the owner of Brittivia) and he would resolve the issue himself or would get in touch with one of the crew members and they would be over within a 24 hour period. He was always very open and fair with me, and would let me know what to expect. I

Deck was finished within time frame specified. The quality of workmanship exceeded expectations. I also had very harmonious relationship with owner and crew. I would highly recommend this contractor.
