I went with Bob because he was very through when he came to look at the work and explained the options/ different aspects that could impact the cost/work. Based upon that alone, I hired him as most other contractors came out and looked for 5 mins. He was on target with his projected start date and moved very quickly. Him and his team took care with the rest of the house when it came to protecting the flooring/ keeping the dust from spreading.
