"Very prompt and organized. Andrea came out during the day while they were working on the roof to check on progress and to see if there were any questions. She also followed up by email to see if we had any questions and was very transparent on the extra cost of having to replace some of the decking. "Our vinyl sided house needed a cleaning and there was moss an lichen growing on the roof. The siding looks bright and clean. The gutters, granite stairs and lattice work were also cleaned. The shed roof was a mess. The moss and lichen is dying and coming off the roof. We are very satisfied."
