From initial consult to the end of the job, I found M W owner Rob Racki to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. He and his partner finished the job on the earlier end of the time estimated, and left the work area spotless. They took and provided me with photos of the work in progress, which will be valuable when I decide to sell my home. I also appreciate that they were willing to wear masks during our face-to-face conversations. "The project went great, from the first phone call to the end of the job. We were called a day before to confirm the arrival time, and the work crew arrived on schedule. It turned out they had some additional material from a previous job that day, so they actually repaired a bit more of the wall than had been agreed on, which we really appreciated. When we originally scheduled the job, we were given information on other services that Pioneer Basement provides, but at no time were we given any sales pitches. We're very confident that we picked the right firm to do our foundation repairs -- we'll definitely call them first for any similar work, and will recommend them to friends."

"In all fairness to the company our chimney was in dire straights & we needed a cap but they recommended a chimney liner for the price of $2,000 . That didn?t include any masonry work that needed to be done . I had other quotes that included the liner & all the masonry work for the same price . Plus I was overcharged for the chimney cap . I would not recommend Paramount ."
