DryZone Basements kept me up to date on my Appointment, called the morning of, arrived on time, checked in with me at the beginning to review scope of work, set up a dust barrier, two (2) workers and the job lead, worked hard throughout the time here. The lead would check in with me in intervals, they were open to answering any questions. Upon finishing, the lead took me around the whole job, explained the work, and allowed me to ask any questions, and provided me responses, and cleaned up the work area very well. Hopefully, we will never have to use, but definitely worth the piece of mind. Thank you.

System was installed with the pipes pitched away from the sump pit, pipes to exterior leaked, and exterior port wasnt installed to grade so water backed up towards house. After sending a tech out to confirm the issues, the company refused to repair stating they forst wanted a second opinion. They lied on the chargeback, and dragged resolution out for months before settling for a partial reimbursement.

Very professional and know their business! I reviewed encapsulation options prior to their visit and even read some academic papers on the subject. The scope of work completed was the best solution and scientifically spot on. Their crew of Ricky, Kervin and Polito were outstanding and did a beautiful job on what was an unsightly crawl space. I would highly recommend this company.

They were very nice but it was clear that they really did NOT want to service my existing sump pump but really wanted to upgrade my existing pump to a MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE pump set up.

Dry Crete was great to work with. We had several people come to the house to look at our leak and consistently felt oversold with big jobs we didnt need. It was hard to know what we really needed and the best methods and Dry Crete helped to with that. Dry Crete was easy to communicate with, explained the options clearly and why their way worked (which was helpful given so many ways to fix the crack). They came on time, quickly did the job and left the area very clean. I would reccomend them and work with them again.

VERY WELL. HAD BETTERIES IN CRAWL SPACE AND PUMP REPLACED ALSO AS THEY WERE OVER RECOMMENDED TEST AND TIME DATES. TRANSFERED THE SYSTEM WARRENTEES TO NEW OWNERS. THE SERVICE GUYS ARE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND FRIENDLY. WILL ANSWER ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS WITH PATIENCE.

This past winter, we moved into a house that had a newly finished basement. However, we soon discovered it would occasionally flood. (Yes, we got money from the sellers.) We had a french drain installed, a new sump pump with three pumps, and a dehumidifier. The worst part of the process was waiting for the appointment. It booked out like 3-4 weeks! The workers (Emilio, Carlos, Kyle, Ricky, TJ) were really polite and kept me informed of what was going on. First off, I said I'd hire again, BUT I hope I don't have to!!
