"I recently contacted Dharma Surface Cleaning in Millis NA (under Housewash.com) to request an estimate on power washing my deck. Not only did Dharma fit me into his schedule that day to come to give me an estimate, he called back later in the day to say his schedule had shifted and if I wanted, he could come that day to do the power cleaning on my deck. He came when he said he would, was polite and efficient, did a great job on the deck and actually threw in some extra work at no additional charge. His work was awesome, moved and cleaned all the furniture on the deck and was done when he said he would be. And to top it all off, he was well over 50% less expensive than another quote I got to do the same work. I would highly recommend Dharma for any power washing needs."

From a carefully detailed estimate to a courteous and professional crew, our house, fence, deck, and shed were completely transformed in about 8 days give or take 2 because of rainy weather. They were literally at my house 12 hours a day and just did marvelous work. "Perfect. This was not a typical job. Normally painters paint flat surfaces. This job was to paint (stain) 62 6-sided boards installed as a pergola. I tried to do it myself but only did 4 boards before I gave up and called Target Painting. (Another company refused the job.) Gene was great, as well as all the crew. At one point, one of the painters went up on the roof to monitor the progress and inspect the hard-to-reach places. Everything was great, including the cleanup."

"Our house was in desperate need of exterior paint, and the shingles were in bad shape. We got a lot of estimates, but Brian seemed the most knowledgeable and the most reasonable in terms of cost. He and his crew were very professional and, even better, very responsive to our texts and phone calls (something that is unusual in any contractor). This is the first time we've had to have a house painted, and naturally we had a lot of questions. Brian was extremely patient with us and answered all our questions and offered us aesthetic advice as well, that always ended up being the right thing to do! He even helped us pick out the right stain for our stairs, by buying samples himself and painting examples on different steps. He was also very accommodating when we added a few things to the initial job (replacing a broken window pane, painting/staining our back deck) or changed our minds about other things. The condition of our house and unpredictable weather made the job take longer than expected, but the crew head, Alex, took the time to do everything right. When we had concerns, Brian always addressed them immediately, and those that he couldn't address right away due to weather or other circumstances, he promised to address at a later date. We have found very few contractors that are so flexible and willing to work with the client to get the job done right. They installed composite decking and railing to an existing deck substructure (footings, frame struts, etc.) that required reinforcement to stabilize the deck. We also requested solar post lighting, which really enhances the nighttime looks of our new deck. They clean up after each day of work and offered valuable information to help us decide what was needed to have the deck that we wanted while staying within our budget.
