"I recently contacted Dharma Surface Cleaning in Millis NA (under Housewash.com) to request an estimate on power washing my deck. Not only did Dharma fit me into his schedule that day to come to give me an estimate, he called back later in the day to say his schedule had shifted and if I wanted, he could come that day to do the power cleaning on my deck. He came when he said he would, was polite and efficient, did a great job on the deck and actually threw in some extra work at no additional charge. His work was awesome, moved and cleaned all the furniture on the deck and was done when he said he would be. And to top it all off, he was well over 50% less expensive than another quote I got to do the same work. I would highly recommend Dharma for any power washing needs."

They fixed it all! Now my 115 year old house looks so beautiful and I can’t thank Paul and his team enough. They were also so tidy and cleaned up their work areas every afternoon before they left. If you’re considering Olde England Painting just hire them. You will not be disappointed. Last but not least, they were also the most reasonable quote I got and I met with 5 other painters. "Perfect. This was not a typical job. Normally painters paint flat surfaces. This job was to paint (stain) 62 6-sided boards installed as a pergola. I tried to do it myself but only did 4 boards before I gave up and called Target Painting. (Another company refused the job.) Gene was great, as well as all the crew. At one point, one of the painters went up on the roof to monitor the progress and inspect the hard-to-reach places. Everything was great, including the cleanup."

"Our house was in desperate need of exterior paint, and the shingles were in bad shape. We got a lot of estimates, but Brian seemed the most knowledgeable and the most reasonable in terms of cost. He and his crew were very professional and, even better, very responsive to our texts and phone calls (something that is unusual in any contractor). This is the first time we've had to have a house painted, and naturally we had a lot of questions. Brian was extremely patient with us and answered all our questions and offered us aesthetic advice as well, that always ended up being the right thing to do! He even helped us pick out the right stain for our stairs, by buying samples himself and painting examples on different steps. He was also very accommodating when we added a few things to the initial job (replacing a broken window pane, painting/staining our back deck) or changed our minds about other things. The condition of our house and unpredictable weather made the job take longer than expected, but the crew head, Alex, took the time to do everything right. When we had concerns, Brian always addressed them immediately, and those that he couldn't address right away due to weather or other circumstances, he promised to address at a later date. We have found very few contractors that are so flexible and willing to work with the client to get the job done right. We love the way our house looks (as do the neighbors!), and we highly recommend Brian."

"Dennyâ  s and his team were punctual, hardworking, clean and pleasant. I'm taking a star off because of an issue with the stain process. Dennyâ  s likes to understand what I wanted as a client and gave options and opinions. His successful past works speak for him. I was happy with the work this team did on my deck overall, framing and boarding. The issue I have is with Staining. I purchased the oil stain and he applied it, however it rained within 2 hours pretty much the whole afternoon and night (July 29, 2021), and that cannot be good for the stain and deck I would imagine. I would have expected DC to be responsible, check the rain forecast and advice me to hold off on the staining until a good 3 day shine or weeks later when the weather is a bit more predictable. The way he decided to stain it knowing the clouds are glooming was not professional in my mind, and he shouldn't have rushed into just to complete a project. I'm fine with deferring an incomplete step in the project if he had advised me. I have contacted DC so he can propose what to do about this (re-sand it and re-stain it ideally), still waiting his response, if not, I will contact Angi for mediating."
