"I recently contacted Dharma Surface Cleaning in Millis NA (under Housewash.com) to request an estimate on power washing my deck. Not only did Dharma fit me into his schedule that day to come to give me an estimate, he called back later in the day to say his schedule had shifted and if I wanted, he could come that day to do the power cleaning on my deck. He came when he said he would, was polite and efficient, did a great job on the deck and actually threw in some extra work at no additional charge. His work was awesome, moved and cleaned all the furniture on the deck and was done when he said he would be. And to top it all off, he was well over 50% less expensive than another quote I got to do the same work. I would highly recommend Dharma for any power washing needs."

"Communication about the project before beginning the job, with Paul Adkins  was good...I viewed other houses they painted and liked their work.
Paul Adkins and his crew of Bruno and Joe accomplished the prep work they promised, scraped, sanded and primed, used the quality Benjamin Moore primer and paint we selected,caulked all the windows, replaced numerous old damaged shingles, turned over the front deck boards, repaired, sanded them, repaired broken down stair railings, and also replaced damaged  rear deck boards, replaced 3 window sills, and screwed back the leaking aluminum gutter, sealing it with silicone. Accomplishing these carpentry projects made a huge difference.
Paul and his crew delivered more than we expected, and we were delighted when they finished the job by washing all the exterior storm windows and doors.
It now looks like a new house. They lived up to their stated mission of "Meticulous Prep Work, and Fine Finish Painting."

"Perfect. This was not a typical job. Normally painters paint flat surfaces. This job was to paint (stain) 62 6-sided boards installed as a pergola. "Dennyâ  s and his team were punctual, hardworking, clean and pleasant. I'm taking a star off because of an issue with the stain process. Dennyâ  s likes to understand what I wanted as a client and gave options and opinions. His successful past works speak for him. I was happy with the work this team did on my deck overall, framing and boarding. The issue I have is with Staining. I purchased the oil stain and he applied it, however it rained within 2 hours pretty much the whole afternoon and night (July 29, 2021), and that cannot be good for the stain and deck I would imagine. I would have expected DC to be responsible, check the rain forecast and advice me to hold off on the staining until a good 3 day shine or weeks later when the weather is a bit more predictable. The way he decided to stain it knowing the clouds are glooming was not professional in my mind, and he shouldn't have rushed into just to complete a project. I'm fine with deferring an incomplete step in the project if he had advised me. I have contacted DC so he can propose what to do about this (re-sand it and re-stain it ideally), still waiting his response, if not, I will contact Angi for mediating."

This summer he painted our rental unit and as usual did a wonderful job - he shows up on time, is very neat, and does a very professional job. He also just power washed and stained our first floor porch, painted some new window trims that we'd just had replaced, and also repainted some of the trim around the porch even though we hadn't asked him to do so.
