The work was done in three days including demolition of my old deck. The builders were meticulous and did very fine work, I was very pleased with the end result and would recommend them to anyone! They were very responsive to my slightly out of the ordinary requests. From start to finish I have zero complaints about the process!

From day one, the team was fast, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Evan was especially outstanding—he was always available to answer questions, address any concerns, and made sure we were informed every step of the way. Anytime something came up, he and the team responded quickly and effectively, which made the whole experience so smooth and stress-free. What impressed us most was how accommodating they were with our budget, schedule, and needs. They worked quickly without cutting corners, and the quality of their work truly shows. I needed to replace the railing on my very large deck. I was interested in replacing the railing with a permanent no labour rail. I called and their Salesman came the next day/ explained the process and gave firm quote. Follow up was timely - goods delivered and installation was completed in the time frame expected. Good workers, polite. The leftovers were cleaned up and removed/ all a good experience .

RORHI were terrific. They replaced all my basement windows and the basement door. They worked with me on choosing the right windows and door for my needs and they took care to match the exterior molding. They didn't try to upsell me like many of the other folks did. They communicated well throughout and were honest and fair in all dealings. The work/installation crew were terrific. They did careful work and left the place spotless. I will hire them again in the future.

Signed contract on May 8 for deck build.On May 12 rep came to my office to collect deposit of apprx $13,000. He said project team meeting on Wed & would update me then on start date etc. On Fri May 16 I had to reach out to him. He wrote the team had met & materials were ordered. An hour later he wrote back that he was misinformed & that his boss was going to call me next week. Despite this, dep check cashed. On Mon 5. 20 rep wrote back that they had forgotten certain costs & to proceed it would be $8,000 more. Not a typo. $8,000 more. No apology. Ridiculous, contract rescinded. I wrote that he could return my deposit at my office just as he had collected it. On Wednesday the 21st I got a text from "Tom," presumably the owner/boss, saying he would "drop a check in the mail" to my address. Today is May 30th, Friday, and still no check. Check at a minimum should have been overnighted. They owe me interest not to mention the deposit to hire a contractor who will honor contract. Bad.

RORHI completed our basement renovation. They did fantastic work, and all the contractors were highly professional: the framers, the insulators, the drywallers, the electrician, and the finishers. They went above and beyond to accommodate some special requests, like installing a commercial dehumidifier and finishing the walls of the storage closet, which were not part of the original scope, which greatly enhanced the finished look. We had a great experience working with Evan, Mike, and Matt (the initial estimator), as well as Inmer (finishes and framing), Eddie (painter), and the electrician. Despite minor miscommunications leading to necessary changes, they promptly addressed our concerns, sending someone immediately or the following day to resolve issues. Overall, we were impressed by RORHI's dedication and responsiveness, and we plan to hire them again for our next projects.

The team did a amazing job , I highly recommend them. We are very happy with the new Deck. And also the Foreman John did a great job .

Great work

The installation crew worked tirelessly and professionally to complete our fairly large vinyl siding project. It was expensive, but the transformation of our house was worth it. We are very happy with the results.

This company exemplified professionalism from the very start. Tim, the salesman did a great job with the quote and helping us understand all of the aspects of the demolition and the build as well as the materials that were going to be used. Their workmanship was excellent and completed within the time specified and the owner John was extremely helpful and responsive with questions that I had along the way. The workers also did a great job with cleanup throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone having a deck remodeled or built.

Everything was done professionally and on time

We worked with Timothy Petrides who was absolutely amazing. Tim was so helpful and responsive and helped us design a beautiful new Trex deck and stone patio. We also had an egress window installed in our basement, railings put in on our front steps and the siding on our house replaced. We were so pleased with the timeliness, quality and attention to detail on all of the projects. Everyone we dealt with from the owners to the contractors were so friendly, hardworking and professional. We will definitely be using RORHI for any future renovation projects.

They were very efficient and well mannered. They were a great company to do business with. Sam was fantastic to do business with, he could not have been nicer.

Great work

We are extremely pleased with the quality of our new deck, stairs, and two new storm doors that were built/installed by Remodel or Renew a few days ago. The professionalism, craftsmanship, and diligence of the crew was outstanding. They arrived early and stayed late, and completed the entire project in just 3 days. The dumpster and leftover materials were removed by early the next morning. We highly recommend Remodel or Renew, and will definitely contact them again for future projects.

Great Experience from the inception of the quote to the on time completion of the project.

The crew did a great job, prompt (if not early), hard working, and cleaned up nicely every day. Although communication was a bit difficult, we persevered with an interpreter program on our phones. The windows are beautiful, and the new front door is awesome. Everything is installed properly and works great!

All of the craftsmen were knowledgeable, friendly, and cooperative. They accommodated all of our requests and answered any of our questions. They certainly put in a very full days worth of work each time they were here for the project. The finished deck and portico are beautiful enhancements to our home.
