"Ryan was excellent. I'm glad I answered his call. I was about to use another company, but his tone over the phone was professional and respectful with humor. He was flexible when I changed my mind a few days before my appointment about changing my shower head. He went to home depot and gave me choices about the 2 products we needed. I had him tighten the toliet seat, change the shower head and fix a leak under the kitchen sink/aka i needed a new faucet. He guarantees his work for a year. He doesn't take credit cards, but takes cash, check, venmo and zelle, etc. Highly recommend!! No leaks so far and all else working as it should."
