"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"Fantastic. First, Shimon came first thing in the morning during the blizzard, which in and of itself is above and beyond great service! Upon removal of the shower panel to access the control valves and shower head, Shimon found that the replacement part we had was for a newer model (and we weren't likely to find the old part). He creatively found a solution to put on the new piece, and was able to fix our leak AND prevent us from having to completely replace our shower panel. Shimon is responsive, punctual, and also just a really nice guy. We highly recommend him and are glad to have found our plumber."

"Jeff and his team were the best. This was my first major home renovation and I was very unsure of the process, etc... Jeff was so great. he was very available for all of my questions and concerns, and he always showed up when he said he would. We did a bathroom renovation to the only bathroom we have in our house, and Jeff worked with us to ensure we were still able to use the toilet and have a comfortable experience. We did a major gut bathroom renovation (I had no idea beforehand how involved it was) which meant we had workers of all different trades at our house. Every single worker who came to our house was the nicest, most respectful, professional person. With us working remote for some of the time we had a lot of interaction with these people, and they did not leave work for the day without making sure you were happy with the job they did. Since then we have had John's team back on a number of projects: to replace our fireplace mantle and staircase, and repaint our first floor.
