Bay State Bath

We were looking to renovate just the shower section of a custom bathroom that was done 16 years ago. We went to the Bay State Bath showroom, as like so many others, we saw all the commercials, so we wanted to check them out. We actually met Jennifer Bylo while there, and we arranged for a home visit by Mike Doucie. Mike was excellent and professional, and friendly in his approach with us, and listened to our thoughts and provided many suggestions. He drafted a proposal and a layout for us. We then went back up to the showroom to really examine the products. We were sold. The team that arrived were super friendly, efficient, professional and easy to have in the house. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product, and are so happy with the way the new shower features blend in with the existing flooring and cabinetry. Five stars to the entire team, from start to finish!

Most of my dealing were from afar and I had very good service speaking with the office team and to have them follow through with my shower replacement. They helped by explaining what was available quickly in the warehouse and so the project was accomplished in only a couple of weeks and not six or eight like I was told my other companies.

From the sales to scheduling to install, everyone was helpful and professional. The installers were right on time, completed the job a lot quicker than anticipated and did a great job cleaning up as they went. Very professional and love my new shower. Highly recommend them!

The consultant was very helpful and informative, not high pressure at all. The work was scheduled after some anticipated delays. The team arrived early and stayed until the entire project was completed. One day indeed... and with no breaks! There was a lot of work to be done on this old, very dated '50's style bathroom. Once completed, they went through the installation describing all that was done. Very thoroughly cleaned before they left. Very happy with the results! There was a minor follow-up needed which they fulfilled quickly and were very pleasant to deal with in every aspect of the project. Highly recommended!!

Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!

I was very pleased with Luxury Bath in Pembroke. Amazing customer service, fast and accurate and in one day as advertised. They were clean, skilled, punctual, and kept me informed of dates and everything else. Also they were cheaper than other companies. Since they specialize in this, they know how to do the plumbing, carpentry, and tile work, so there is no waste of time finding all the different contractors. Super pleased with the finished product and the company! Jennifer Bylo is great too, and personally was involved to make sure everything went smoothly! Five stars without hesitation! Thank you!
