The Jacuzzi Team was very professional. The job started and finished on time and they took care to protect floors and furniture during the renovation. The contract included extras that we provided (new floor & new sink) which was done perfectly. I would highly recommend them for bathroom renovations.

BUYER BEWARE! I had been wanting to replace my tub with a new shower for quite some time. I saw numerous commercials for Jacuzzi Bath remodel so I decided to give them a try. The salesperson came to the house to give me a quote. I was not looking for anything elaborate but the initial quote was $26,000! It went down to $21,000; I refused. Days later his supervisor ; called (RED FLAG) to see if he could do better. He brought the price down to $16,941 but a 9 week wait. I again refused due to the wait time. Surprisingly enough he was able to change that to 5 weeks (ANOTHER RED FLAG). He quickly reviewed my contract on his laptop with sections he would explain, and I needed to initial. MY ERROR I trusted what he was saying and failed to read each section myself. Communication was fair after signing on the dotted line. The installers were pleasant, very neat and despite the possibility of this job taking more than 1 day they did stay late to complete the job. My issues: * I have brushed nickel

Very happy with the finished results on installation of 2 Jacuuzi shower upgrades at our primary residence - the Jacuzzi product is high quality - our lead contact John Cummings began with a site visit and engineeered the 2 shower cost proposals then upon acceptance helped set our dates for instllation - the install team of Tulo and Gabriel completed each shower in one day each on consecutive days and after waiting 24 hours for proper setup the showers were ready for full use

I did a bath>shower conversion with Jacuzzi. The salesperson, John Cummings, was friendly, knowledgeable, and addressed all my concerns. Jacuzzi completed the job in one day with hardworking installers who kept the place clean and consulted me on details. The shower is just what I wanted. A bit pricier than I wanted but got the peace of mind that they would deal with any iffy plumbing at no extra cost. Thanks.

Two men arrived to do the job, they were both very courteous and professional. They did an excellent job, the shower looks great and they entirely cleaned inside and the staging area outside where they cut all the materials. I highly recommend them.

John Cummings our sales rep was knowledgeable; helpful, patient; and went over and above to assist us with pricing, selections, & financing. he was NOT pushy - Great experience The install team was effiencient, clean and really did finish it all in ONE day. Support Team was also very helpful. took a while to get a date set but they were very helpful. Very happy with full experience. Wish that there were better selections is my only negative comment.

I could not have asked for a better crew to do the install. In their pre demolition inspection they immediately spotted two potential issues that could have derailed our plans. After going over the issues with me, there were two options presented. I chose the one that would work best for us and they were able to meet their goal of a one day install as well as our expectations.

Installers arrived on time and worked very hard and efficiently. Project took two days since in addition to the shower conversion they also installed a new LVP floor and a new toilet. Rafael and his assistant were top notch and left the house and work area clean even at the end of the first day. I highly recommend them if you are considering a project. They made an effort to minimize the time water was shutoff as well.

I am very pleased with my new walk-in shower after only 2 days of work ( extra time was required because of the extensive demo needed). Ben was a great sales person and very helpful. Installation was a one day experience and the installers were respectful and friendly. They both wanted to take my dog home with them! One suggestion for consumers—think about where you stand in your current shower to determine where to place your”condiment” rail and whether you prop your foot on the tub edge to wash and dry your feet. You may need to put in a shower chair just to feel safe to finish. The shower is clean and easy to clean. I love it. Even though it’s expensive, it’s worth the quality.

I hired Jacuzzi Bath Remodel through an email add that I responded to. They got back to me promptly and their salesman Hunter was at my house within a week. They came and did the work which was demolishing two bathrooms and installing new shower stalls, vanities, flooring and toilets. I expected a crew of plumbers and carpenters, but TULIO and his helper did it all and to perfection. I absolutely love my new bathrooms, every time I shower I feel like I'm in a 5 star hotel.
