"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

"Workers arrived 7:30 AM each day on time. The old subfloor and old tiles had to be removed And the new subfloor and porcelain laid. The whole process took about three weeks. It was kind of a big job to me involving lots of dust and displaced furniture with no access to kitchen stove or refrigerator some days. The team tried to make me feel comfortable with these nuisances. Jeff responded by text to any question very quickly and was polite. No problems at all with the job and I can recommend the team 100%. I was Hoping the job would be done quicker but a lot was involved and the team even worked some Saturdays. The final price was about 15% over quote but the team helped me one day with my living room fireplace and that ‘small job’ turned into a whole day of decision making and errands before I decided just to replace two tiles.
