"Bob is very detail oriented and worked hard. He works by the hour so it is important to me that he worked dilligently and smartly so that i was not wasting my money. he knew what he was doing with carpentry and did a thorough job. he had to match the flooring in a section and install it so that it fit visually with little to no seam which he did a great job on. For the cabinetry work he had good ideas on how to proceed and gave us several options. he is very experienced so he is perfect for problem solving a complex fix or project."

Will was very attentive to detail and checked in frequently to make sure it was what we were expecting, eagerly redoing on section as requested. They got to the project promptly and finished quickly. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend."

"Outstanding work. Pedro is a great communicator and builder. He managed change orders--and brought everything in on time and budget. Friends and colleagues tell us that it is some of the finer basement finished space that they have seen. I highly, highly recommend this team and Pedro Quissanga for your renovation and building projects."
