He works by the hour so it is important to me that he worked dilligently and smartly so that i was not wasting my money. he knew what he was doing with carpentry and did a thorough job. he had to match the flooring in a section and install it so that it fit visually with little to no seam which he did a great job on. For the cabinetry work he had good ideas on how to proceed and gave us several options. he is very experienced so he is perfect for problem solving a complex fix or project."

"As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

They worked so hard and so quickly that I was exhausted just watching them. They did an outstanding job and we could not have found anyone better or as good. And besides they were both so friendly and nice. We are so glad that we found them and highly recommend them. We will look no further if we need more work done."
