"Jim was hired to clean our church. He works for the church all year long. The types of service questions above, do not have his service listed. Jim goes above and beyond expectations with his cleaning. Jim will call me and ask if there are any special jobs that need attention. He is aware of our church schedule and special events. He has excellent communication skills. You can always reach him if there is a question about something. He offered his services to clean and polish our dining hall and other vinyl floors that were very in need of extreme cleaning and polishing. We were able to use his equipment and materials with our church crew to do this major job one Saturday afternoon with no additional charge. The floors are beautiful. He has offered to put a couple of more finish coats on these floors in the next couple weeks to make them look even better. St. Paul's of Hopkinton, MA couldn't be happier with his services."

"Based on the information I provided via text messages, Julia quoted me a price that seemed very fair. We arranged a date for the cleaning, and Julia and her assistant arrived just as promised. We toured the house and I explained what I hoped to accomplish, and they started in. I think the house was bigger than she expected, and I asked for a couple of extras if possible; the work took over an hour longer than Juliana anticipated. They did a terrific, thorough job. When finished, I asked what I owed her and she gave me the same number she had quoted. "I purchased the deal offered here to supplement my regular cleaning service before Thanksgiving. Kim replied to my initial inquiry promptly. I knew I was asking the impossible in wanting an appointment within the week before the holiday on 3 days notice, but she said she could do it Saturday afternoon, so I went ahead and purchased the deal. The team of three women arrived promptly. Kim had said they would come "about" two thirty. They came within 30 minutes of that, which meets my definition of "about." We discussed my priorities, which were the dusting and vacuuming that my regular cleaner has not been getting thoroughly. Our house is chaotic.Three generations, two dogs, two cats, innumerable dust bunnies. My parents have lived here for almost 50 years. There is a lot of stuff. Way too much stuff. The house has been out of control. It has always been cleaned every two weeks, but it is never all the way clean. Part of that is us, part of that is that our regular cleaner just isn't doing the job she used to do. My buying the deal was in part a way to think about changing cleaners. Kim's team was incredible. I'll be fair and admit that they walked into a better situation; the first floor was already clean, and the second had been vacuumed 4 days ago. We also did significant additional straightening up. That said, there was still more stuff on any given shelf or surface than most of you could imagine- my dad's 20 pill bottles, for example, or my daughter's collections. They picked up and dusted everything. EVERYTHING. They dusted pill bottles, keyboards. Toys. Decor pieces. Plant hangers. EVERYTHING. One bed had been covered with stuff I had moved from the dresser from h*** to ensure that it could be dusted. It's a huge long piece where a bazillion things that have no proper place get put in this house. It hadn't been dusted well in weeks upon weeks. Kim's team dusted the dresser, but they also took all that stuff from the bed, cleaned them, then ordered them neatly on the dresser. It was incredible to behold. They stayed for more than the 4 hours for which I paid. She didn't ask for more money. The quote she gave me for regular twice a month cleanings was competitive. I've already called and left a message asking to book for my first and second floors in two weeks.
