Best basement remodelers near Mendon, MA

"Very satisfied with the basement remodel. Very professional from beginning to end. Its been 2 years and still loving it."

"Excellent company to go for.. Highly professional team. Dependable and right on time. Ed and Bob are so precise in their work and completed as per plan.I would highly recommend S2F to anybody looking for preventing water penetration in basement"

"They were very thorough. They went up onto the roof with an iPad and they took pictures of the whole surface of the roof and it was to show us that it was in good condition and didn't need any repairs. They came into the house and then went upstairs to the attic to see if they could see any holes from the inside and thankfully there was nothing there. What I really appreciated was they were thoughtful enough to put little bags over their shoes so they wouldn't get my carpet dirty when they came into the house. They were right on time."

"we had a portion of our roof and ceiling replaced due to leaks. They were prompt, friendly, curtious and quick to complete the job."

"RORHI completed our basement renovation. They did fantastic work, and all the contractors were highly professional: the framers, the insulators, the drywallers, the electrician, and the finishers. They went above and beyond to accommodate some special requests, like installing a commercial dehumidifier and finishing the walls of the storage closet, which were not part of the original scope, which greatly enhanced the finished look. We had a great experience working with Evan, Mike, and Matt (the initial estimator), as well as Inmer (finishes and framing), Eddie (painter), and the electrician. Despite minor miscommunications leading to necessary changes, they promptly addressed our concerns, sending someone immediately or the following day to resolve issues. Overall, we were impressed by RORHI's dedication and responsiveness, and we plan to hire them again for our next projects."

"This may be my 3rd or 4th review, I lost track but the job results don't change. Chris and his staff are consummate professionals. He's a busy guy, so you may have to wait a while to get your work done, but he won't lie to you about time, and having the job done right the first time is well worth the wait. I can't say enough good things about his company, and highly reccomend him for any home repairs or remodels. Thank again Chris!!!"

"The job was completed efficiently neatly and in minimal time. My fireplace works great and I am thankful."

"Efficient installation of new hardwood floors in our dining room. Very happy with the results."

"I was looking to build a pool house / storage shed for a very specific location. I contacted Mike about the project and am very happy I did. He was excellent to work with from start to finish. I had a design in mind and he worked with me to make it a reality. Working with Mike was so easy and seemless. He always returned calls or texts and was always on site when he said he would be. I couldnâ t be happier with the experience and the finished product. It turned out exactly as I had hoped from the design to quality of work. I highly recommend contacting Highland Home and Garden if youâ re considering a project. You wonâ t be disappointed"
