Fantastic! Robson & team installed wood flooring throughout our entire first floor (& closets), our stairs, and most of the upstairs. They were 1) on time, 2) friendly, 3) professional, and 4) had amazing attention to detail ... especially on the stairs which are notoriously difficult. I'm a Designer, so I notice the "little things" more than most other people :). They even did a great job cleaning up! After installation, there were a few flooring pieces that had a wood knots we didn't like too much (natural blemishes), so Robson came back and replaced those individual pieces. All-in-all, we were very impressed with the installation and would definitely recommend (and hire) again.
