"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. "Contacted Mark within 3 days he was at my home and providing a detailed quote. Might seem small but he was the only one out of 4 contractors who actually measured the space to provide an accurate and detailed estimate. He while discussing what I wanted with me made many recommendations and even mentioned ways to get the job done but at a lower cost. He had the estimate to me within 2 days and it was super detailed and broken down with 3 different ways to complete it. He was on time daily as was his crew. Work areas were cleaned daily. He closed up a broken window for us, redid a dirt floor with drainage and concrete, repointed and waterproofed our basement foundation, ripped out and fully replaced basement access stairs. He even noticed a window that was broken we didn’t and closed it up for no charge. He added a drain to the exterior steps at no charge wasn’t in contract he just knew it was needed, the steps he replaced had asphalt around them and he even repaired the asphalt at no c"

"I had a couple of issues that the Eagle HS Improvement's crew addressed in a prompt, professional and honorable manner. I had a fieldstone foundation as well as a fieldstone bulkhead cellar access that needed work. The fieldstone bulkhead was replaced and they also took care of a cracked poured concrete back porch - as the fieldstones that were originally supporting that had literally rolled out. When they took care of the bulkhead and replaced it with a poured concrete foundation, they also extended that under the back porch to support it! The cellar door inside the bulkhead was also updated. Further, they added support to the back porch roof by making the existing supports more sturdy! The fieldstone cellar walls were patched, built up and smoothed out both inside and out leaving a much more desired professional result! They also kindly accomplished the rearranging of material around the cellar to allow them access to the walls. I was very pleased with their work!"
